Mark brings years of experience from the kitchen along with a strong background in design and marketing, blending flavor with visual flair to make every dish and detail stand out. Stacy, after 25 years as a dedicated teacher, brings her heart for people, organization, and community to the business. Together, they’ve created a family-run operation focused on good food, good vibes, and sharing their love of potatoes with everyone they meet.
